Our motto has always been "the right attitude". We love providing great service and high standards to our clients. Looking out for their health and well-being has been our biggest goal. In a corporate setting, where first impressions matter a great deal, we are there do ensure a welcoming clean space is always ready to greet your clients as well as yourself and your colleagues. We work very closely with Office Managers and Facilities Managers, their goals are our goals and we share the values of high personal standards, great working environment and care for our planet and each other.
OUR PLANET
Looking around and seeing the use of ‘’blue roll‘’ and disposable J cloth in standard cleaning made us really uncomfortable with the amount of waste that cleaning can produce, all which is often unnecessary. We implemented use and sanitation of reusable microfibre cloths as well as non toxic products at the very beginning which was unheard of at the time, we are happy to see it's more popular now.
In 2017 we set out on a mission to revolutionise cleaning. We wanted to create a cleaning service that embraced a forward thinking approach to sustainability, cutting edge technology, operations and tools, yet had reverence for traditional values in the cleaning industry like personable customer service, reliability, impeccable standards and pride in a job well done.

OUR TEAM
From the beginning, we have always paid living wage or above to all our cleaners, we have made it official last year by proudly joining The Living Wage foundation. Being fair to our cleaners has always been one of our core values.
We give them efficient training and offer support from supervisors so that they can feel confident at work.
We ensure their wellbeing is being taken into consideration by having robust lone working safety measures in place and providing them with non toxic products.
We keep in touch with our team daily so that any needs are dicussed and guidance is available. They know there is no such thing as a wrong question and help is always there. They also have a greater sense of ownership as they have the correct tools, knowledge and support needed for the task.
We believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay regardless of the job title someone has. The cleaning industry has been and still is to this day overlooked and undervalued by many. As a company, from our very beginning we have set out to disrupt this.
The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum.
The living wage accreditation is a solid way for us to show our commitment to ensuring our people feel valued and respected, we are proud of the work they do and they have pride in a job well done, which ultimately results in our clients receiving excellent service.
